Our guided meditation will give you the tools necessary to start your own practice. You’ll explore techniques of seated or walking meditation (qi-gong) to incorporate into your lifestyle. During your seated meditation session you’ll learn sitting postures, breathing techniques, mudras, and mantras. Qi-gong sessions will explore the facets of meditation while in motion, bringing grace and fluidity into action between body and mind. After your sit or walk, you’ll converse about your insights and observations.

This is a great activity to pair with a massage. We find that meditation prepares the body for the work it will receive, solidifies any intention you may have, and enhances the benefits of bodywork.
